AmblyoFit E1 is an adults-only Android app for visual-wellness practice. No AmblyoFit account is required, training history is not uploaded to an AmblyoFit cloud, and the website does not sell subscriptions or collect payment details.
Training information stays in the app’s local storage unless Android backup or device transfer is enabled. Google Play and RevenueCat handle Premium billing events; Google Play handles payment details.
Who and what this policy covers
This policy applies to the AmblyoFit Android app published by MJ Codeworks, visits to the AmblyoFit informational website, and privacy or support messages sent to us. AmblyoFit E1 is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not a child-directed or parent-managed service.
The app is visual-wellness software, not medical care. Do not send prescriptions, diagnostic records, photographs, clinician notes, or other sensitive health records in support email.
Information stored on your device
AmblyoFit Android version 1 does not require an AmblyoFit account. Your weaker-eye selection, glasses availability, lens colors and intensities, calibration settings, preferences, daily Premium-game preview ledger, activity sessions, scores, levels, timing, progress, and comfort responses are stored locally on your device.
AmblyoFit does not request contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, prescriptions, diagnostic records, photographs, clinician notes, or payment-card details.
Android backup and device transfer
Android may include local AmblyoFit settings and training history in an encrypted device backup or device-to-device transfer when those features are available and enabled. Google controls the backup service and your related account settings.
Subscriptions and service providers
If you view, buy, restore, or manage Premium, Google Play and RevenueCat process information needed to provide the subscription. This may include an anonymous app user identifier, product and entitlement status, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restore events, store country, and app or device diagnostics needed to operate and troubleshoot billing.
Google Play handles payment details. AmblyoFit does not receive or store your card number. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send your locally stored training history to an AmblyoFit server.
Website visits and support email
The AmblyoFit website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosts, it may receive routine request information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested page, referrer, timestamp, and security events for delivery, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not use this information to build an advertising profile. Visits to mjcodeworks.org are covered by the MJ Codeworks website privacy policy.
If you email support@mjcodeworks.org, we receive the address and the contents you choose to send. We use them to answer the request, keep a reasonable support record, and protect the service. Do not include sensitive medical information.
How information is used and protected
Local information supports setup, calibration, training progress, daily Premium-game preview limits, and the in-app Progress dashboard. Subscription information is used to display plans, unlock Premium, restore purchases, and open subscription management.
Local information remains within Android app storage, subject to Android device security and the backup behavior described above. Billing communications use the security provided by Google Play, RevenueCat, Android, and the network connection. We use access controls, least-privilege service configuration, and routine updates appropriate to this small app and website.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local settings, calibration, preview records, progress, and session history remain until you choose Delete all local data in Settings or remove them through Android. Deleting local data also deletes the daily Premium-game preview ledger. An encrypted Android backup may remain according to your Google backup settings and Google retention rules.
Website security logs and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, customer support, and legal obligations. Google Play and RevenueCat retain subscription records according to their policies and applicable legal requirements. You can cancel or manage a subscription through Google Play.
Changes and contact
We may update this privacy policy when AmblyoFit features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new effective date.
Privacy, deletion, and support requests can be sent to support@mjcodeworks.org. We will use reasonable steps to verify a request before changing or disclosing information.
